Lash styling – an essential component to ensure the enhancement of your natural eye shape.
You should wear your lashes, your lashes shouldn’t wear you!

Lashes have a 28-day growth cycle. The health of your natural lashes are also affected by other factors ie. stress, hormones, facial products, medication as well as seasonal changes.

Oil-based cleansers or moisturisers
Seasonal change
Medication
Stress
Hormones
Pregnancy
Breastfeeding
Picking
Excessive touching/fiddling
Lack of daily cleansing
Take care when lighting cigarettes as heat from the lighter will singe extensions.
DO NOT use the toaster to light a cigarette. Your extensions WILL singe.
Lifestyle (very active or sporty clients, due to excessive sweating).

Please refrain from wearing eye make-up to your lash appointment. Mascara needs to be thoroughly removed, as it will prevent proper bonding of your new extensions.

Please keep oil-based products away from your extensions! Feel free to ask about recommended products.

Do not apply any face cream or sunscreen to eye area before your appointment. The oil in these products will affect the bonding process and reduce quality and longevity of your new lashes. You’ll want to fill long before what is necessary.

Feel free to have  a lash nap and recharge! Talking during the appointment causes your eyes to flutter, which makes our job very difficult. Remember we work with very sharp tools close to your eyes, and lash applications require extreme precision.

Try to avoid any energy drinks or other stimulants pre-lash appointment. Please note that no smoke breaks will be allowed during lash application as it causes delays.

If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please let us know 24-hours in advance as this gives adequate time to fill the appointment. If you cancel/reschedule less than 24-hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

Credit Card payments are preferable, however we do not accept cash. We will only accept an EFT transfer if the payment is done prior to your appointment and proof of payment has been received.

As a new client coming in for a new set, you will be advised to book a 2-week fill. After we are sure you are caring for your extensions correctly, we will suggest you book 2.5-3 week fills. This is just to ensure that your lashes are lasting, and to help you get comfortable with having lash extensions and caring for them.

If you come for your fill and have less than 25% of your extensions remaining, a full set appointment will need to be booked. Should your lashes be between 25%-40% and you would still like a fill you will be charged a half set fee of the relevant style lashes.
